Tayabas, Quezon, Philippines — November 15, 2025

“Hunta sa Bawat Pinta: Gathering in Every Brushstroke,” an international art exhibition organized by Artista de Colores by Marlene Ayen Galit and Art Heals by Elizabeth Esguerra Castillo showcasing a vibrant mix of Filipino and global artists, opens at Hunta Café on November 15, 2025. Running through December 13, the month-long show features landscapes, portraits, abstract works, and contemporary pieces that highlight cultural exchange, personal narratives, and the creative bonds that link artists and audiences across borders. The opening reception begins at 2:00 PM.

The exhibition gathers established and emerging local and international artists whose works span a wide range of styles and media. Curators selected pieces that emphasize storytelling through visual form — from intimate portrayals of daily life to bold, experimental compositions that push the boundaries of technique and meaning. Visitors can expect a cohesive yet varied presentation that invites reflection on identity, community, and the role of art in bringing people together.

Hunta Café’s space will be transformed into a lively gallery, pairing each artwork with short artist statements and background context to deepen viewers’ connection to the pieces. The show also includes special programs during the run: artist talks, live painting demonstrations, artist performances, and informal meet-and-greets designed to foster dialogue between creators and the public. These events aim to turn the cafe gallery into a forum for exchange, where creative practice and personal experience intersect.

“By bringing together diverse voices, we hope to spark conversations, build friendships, and remind everyone that every brushstroke is both an expression and an invitation.” - organizers.

Admission to the exhibition is free. Hunta Café will maintain regular hours throughout the month and will host a special opening reception on November 15 at 2:00 PM. The exhibition’s international roster underscores Artista de Colores and Art Heals by Elizabeth Esguerra Castillo's commitment to cross-cultural collaboration and to making contemporary art accessible in everyday spaces.

****The international event features Hunta Café, a community-focused arts and hospitality venue dedicated to creating warm, welcoming spaces where art, conversation, and culture converge. Through exhibitions, public programs, and artist partnerships, Hunta Café supports creative practice and encourages inclusive cultural exchange. The venue blends a neighborhood café atmosphere with thoughtful curatorial programming to make art part of daily life.
