The World Art Day International Art Exhibition organized by Rebeca Dorich, Curator and International Visual Artist celebrated the essence of plastic arts in our lives and in society. The memorable display of a diverse range of artistry was held last April 15, 2024 at the Gardens of the Metropolitan Museum of Lima in Peru.

With a captivating cascade of beautiful and creative masterpieces from various Visual Artists across the globe, Rebeca stated that this is a “means of expression and impression, in which emotions emerge, reflections are channeled, and the will is activated, shaping our being. In this meeting we generate a space in sync with other institutions in the world, with the intention of awakening creativity through free live activities. We share experiences of drawing, modeling with clay, painting and engraving. And we present a group exhibition in progress, with works by local and international artists. Here we offer records of the event that took place in the Gardens of the Metropolitan Museum of Lima in Peru.”

Dorich, a staunch supporter of the arts and of promoting fellow artists through her wonderful art projects and initiatives would like to extend her gratitude to Gerencia de Cultura de la Municipalidad de Lima as well as the institutions and all the Participating Artists both local and global.

The World Art Day Group Exhibition is extended as an online exhibition in progress which consists of selected artworks coming from diverse cultures. Rebeca further stated that if the artists can support her initiative, the art pieces will be printed and included in the Art Blogger Collection to be presented in the cultural program during the year. The online exhibits are now divided into 2 platforms, a welcome album with selected artworks on Rebeca’s Facebook Page and a poster collection of artists in performance on her Blog de Arte, and the real as part of new public events.

Interested artists who would like to take part in the project can contact Rebeca Artblogger for details.
